| Mike McElroy, Owner/Executive Chef |
We appreciate your business
Mike McElroy, the management and staff of Walnut Circle Grill would like
to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of our friends who come
down and dine with us and enjoy entertainment in our Courtyard. The
crowds have been amazing!
We would like to ask you to help us serve you better by letting our restaurant hostess know when you are seated on the patio. Since Hurricane Katrina, Hattiesburg has had an influx of new people in town, and at the same time, a shortage of personnel to take care of that increase. We are working hard to try to 'staff up' to meet the needs of our loyal and growing clientele and hope soon to be able to once again consistently deliver the quality of service that our customers deserve. Know that our staff is working hard to provide quality service. Your patience during this time is greatly appreciated. |

| Steve Reynolds |
Saturday, November 19th at 8 pm
Steve Reynolds, winner of the 2003 Telluride Acoustic Blues Competition
in Colorado, has recently relocated to the Hattiesburg area from
northern Arizona. Last September he released his CD “Downriver,” a
lively album of story songs laced with Reynolds Travis-style acoustic
guitar playing. An accomplished singer-songwriter, Reynolds performs a
variety of originals as well as tried and true covers that take the
listener on a journey from the rolling green hills of Ireland to the
funky back beat of New Orleans to the acoustic roots of Delta blues. “
Apparently the road has been very good to Steve Reynolds. Like a rafting trip down the Grand Canyon, trust your guide to take you "Downriver." This song is AWESOME! You can hear this and other music from Steve in the virtual lounge on our website! |

| George M! at the Saenger Theater this weekend |
Join us for dinner before the show!
The Hattiesburg Civic Light Opera will present "George M!" tonight
through Saturday night with a Sunday matinee at the Saenger Theater in
downtown Hattiesburg. The show is based upon the life of early Broadway
pioneer George M. Cohan.
The story follows George's life and times, as he's born into the late 19th Century Vaudeville scene, grows into a talented but egotistical writer/performer and eventually steers his family into the world of early 20th Century Broadway, all set to a rousing score of delectable Cohan compositions. |
