This week's featured menu item is Stuffed Flounder Florentino. We start
with a fresh filet of Flounder and stuff it with spinach sauteed in
honey, garlic, salt & pepper mixed with Romano and Mozzarella cheeses.
It is then broiled and dressed with a Garlic and Romano Cheese Cream
Sauce. A starch and Vegetables du Jour complete this to make a perfect
meal! I ordered this last night and am singing high praises for this
delectable and savory entree. It is rich in flavor and delightful. COST:
