Chef Hoyt Tanner   Our Chefs make traditional dishes taste extraordinary Kaiso
In February of this year, Mike McElroy, owner and Executive Chef of Walnut Circle Grill, brought in a new General Manager, Hoyt Tanner, who also serves as our Co-Executive Chef. Hoyt brings a classic formal French background combined with experience in New York City Style Italian & Continental Cuisine to Walnut Circle Grill. Chef Hoyt has 25 years of experience in the food service industry, including 5 years as Chef/Owner of a restaurant in New York. He was rated 3 stars by the Gannett Westchester newspaper, a rating he is very proud of. He and his wife, Dawn have 5 children and also own a flooring business. They moved to Hattiesburg 3 years ago and live in the historic district.

Casey and Mark are back on Friday night
Casey Phillips and Mark Whittington   Friday, July 8 beginning at 8 pm
Jackson's favorite sons, Casey Phillips and Mark Whittington, will perform on Friday night beginning at 8 pm. These two guys fill the room with a rich, melodious blend of '70s rock and blues with a little gospel thrown in. Their guitar skills and vocals are equally strong and make for great entertainment. Well-known Hattiesburg blues harpist Lloyd Munn will sit in.
The Electric Company returns Saturday night
The Electric Company   Saturday, July 9 beginning at 8 pm
Chris Derrick returns with The Electric Company on Saturday night. Rock, Roll and Blues are on the agenda, along with an occasional Elvis favorite, so grab your blue suede shoes and head downtown to do some swoonin' or singin' along.
