| Jeremy Yarbrough |
Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef
Walnut Circle Grill takes pride in the quality of our staff and would
like to take this time to commend Jeremy Yarbrough on the excellent job
he does for us as Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef. Jeremy was one of the
first staff members at Walnut Circle Grill and has been with us since
prior to our opening in November 2002.
Jeremy is a native of Long Beach, Mississippi. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and would ultimately like to find employment in this field in the Southern United States. In his spare time, he likes to stay busy. He loves the outdoors and especially enjoys fishing! His cooking experience began at age 15 when he served as a waiter at Shoney's restaurant. He later moved into the kitchen area and has been cooking since then! He enjoys whipping up great dishes at home, including grilling out and cooking BBQ for Sunday football games. He also enjoys baking and is adept at making delectable desserts, such as cheesecakes and pies. |

| Crabcake Stuffed Grouper |
This item is not listed on the menu, but shows up as a 'special' from
time to time. I ordered this last night and it was scrumptuous! It is
served with Scampi (lemon, butter & garlic) Sauce, Vegetables du Jour
and a starch, which last night was Seasoned Brown Rice Pilaf. At $21.95,
this is a great meal!

| Chris Cortez |
Friday, November 25 at 8 pm
Join us as we celebrate the music of one of our favorite
musicians...Chris Cortez! Friday night will be his final performance at
Walnut Circle Grill before moving to Houston with his wife, Melody.
While his presence will be greatly missed, we wish him the best of
everything as he settles into his new home in December!
Guitarist/Vocalist Chris Cortez's newest solo CD, 'Mum is the Word', delivers a blazing set of acoustic, straight ahead jazz and follows the success of last years, 'Hold It Right There', a straight ahead session of standards. He also produced, performed, and wrote many of the songs on Groovopolis, last year's smash smooth jazz release. Prior to that his two solo CDs, the latin jazz and fusion project, Talamasca, and his first solo disc, Territorial Imperative also garnered rave reviews. Chris Cortez has become an active and influential force in jazz. He performs solo, leads his own groups and backs up many national artists. You can hear music from many of our artists in the Virtual Lounge on our website! |

From the Staff and Management of WCG!
Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday in the United States
commemorating the harvest reaped by the Plymouth Colony in 1621, after a
winter of great starvation and privation. In that year Gov. William
Bradford proclaimed a day of thanksgiving, and the feast was shared by
all the colonists and the neighboring Native Americans.
We hope that you and your family will enjoy a blessed and safe Thanksgiving holiday! |

Saturday, November 26 at 2:00 pm
Southern Miss closes out its 2005 regular-season Saturday, hosting
Tulane in a 2 p.m., contest, as the two schools `Battle For Bell.' The
two teams were originally scheduled to meet in the season opener on
Sept. 4, but Hurricane Katrina forced the game to be moved. Both
Southern Miss and Tulane have been affected by Katrina, as Tulane has
been displaced from its school.
Southern Miss enters Saturday's game with a 5-5 overall record, and looks to have a non-losing season for the 12th straight year with a win. Kickoff is at 2 pm. Stop by Walnut Circle Grill for great Post Game food and entertainment! |

| Jennifer West, Promotions and Marketing |
This has been a challenging year so far, but we are all survivors and
have much to be thankful for: Our families, our friends, our jobs, our
God. This is a great time to tell others how much you love and
appreciate them, to take time to slow down and visit with the people you
love and really listen to them and to enjoy time with our families and
friends.
Thanksgiving brings great food, football and parades! We hope you enjoy them all and that you come visit with us soon! |
