Dave Allen performs Friday night!

The Dave Allen Band will entertain Friday night. Dave Allen, lead vocalist for The Deltamatics, performs Delta and Chicago Style Electric Blues from the 1920s to the early 1960s. Based in the Hub City. Dave has been playing Blues with The Deltamatics for over a decade. Their latest CD is entitled "TRUE GRITS" and contains 11 original Deltamatics songs. The Dave Allen Band is Dave Allen on Vocals, Guitar and Harmonica and Joey Odom on drums.

The Hattiesburg Civic Light Opera will present America's favorite musical, "Grease" at the Saenger Theater at 8 pm Thursday through Saturday, May 8-10. Come early and enjoy dinner at Walnut Circle Grill before the show. "Grease" will also be presented in a matinee on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11 at 2 pm. Rob Mulholland, a veteran Director with HCLO, is the Director.
