KAISO! brings the sounds of island jazz to Hattiesburg tonight in our
Courtyard. Come prepared to relax and enjoy the cool night air!
KAISO! performs Caribbean jazz for your listening pleasures but the evening always progresses into everyone dancing and jumping to the hottest Caribbean music in the south. Young jazz fills the air
The Empirical Sound Collection present the fresh sounds of young jazz on
Saturday night. These guys are favorites of Mississippi jazz audiences.
The Clarion Ledger’s WEEKEND entertainment magazine has called them
“four of the state’s top musicians.”
ESC has played Jackson/Hattiesburg’s top music venues, including Jubilee Jam, “Taste of Mississippi” annual fundraiser for Stewpot Community Services, “Two Rivers Gala” annual fundraiser for Tougaloo College, “Jazz, Art, and Friends” monthly concert series at the Mississippi Museum of Art, Miss. State Fair, Smith-Wills Stadium, Wellsfest, Mistletoe Marketplace, Musiquarium, Julep, Hal & Mal’s, Soulshine, Walker’s and Bon Ami fine dining restaurants...just to name a few. ESC is made up of Scott Johnson on sax,Russell Welch on guitar, Darrian Douglas on drums and Nathaniel Henson on bass. |
