| Mozzarella Capresse - Appetizer Salad |
Light and delicious
For those of you who want a light meal, but don't want to sacrifice
flavor...try our Mozzarella Capresse appetizer salad. At $7.95, it is a
provocative blend of fresh mozzarella cheese often served with sliced
ripe tomatoes and basil on a bed of greens. Our special Balsamic
Vinaigrette dressing is then added and a Balsamic glaze is dribbled over
the top, creating a delightful and light meal. I ordered this last night
and was extremely pleased with the presentation and the full flavor of
this enticing salad.
