Sweet Potato Crusted Snapper Calling all seafood lovers! This is one of our customer favorites... Fresh grated Sweet Potato Encrusted Snapper, Pan-seared and topped with Crabmeat and Lemon Butter. Price: $20.00

Mike's Seafood Chimmey This is Mike's take on Ole Mexico! A Seafood filled Jalapeno & Cheddar Wrap, Deep fried and smothered in a rich smoked Jalapeno Cheese Sauce and topped with Lump Crab Meat. Price $20.00

Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Tuesday through Friday. Dinner is served from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday. We hope to see you soon!

Meet

Michael Rudiger

Michael Rudiger joined our staff in November as our Front House Manager.

A native of Mandeville, Louisiana, Michael grew up in the restaurant business, workng in a family-owned restaurant in New Orleans.

He moved to Hattiesburg in 2001 to attend USM, where he was a member of the Signa Phi Epsilon fraternity and also served as Vice President.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Restaurants. He also took some culinary classes as part of his restaurant training.

He and his wife, Melissa, live in Oak Grove. He is a member of the Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
