This week we are featuring two favorites from the Appetizer Menu,
Mozzarella En Carozza and Bruschetta.

This delightfully prepared dish delivers a rich and satisfying taste reminiscent of dishes from Old Italy. Cost: $6 Bruschetta is a finely seasoned mix of fresh diced onions, garlic, basil, Roma tomatoes, Mozzarella and Romano cheeses served on garlic brushed grilled French bread with a sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette reduction. | Hewitson Miss Harry Grenache/Shiraz |
Great Australian Wine - Hewitson Miss Harry
2002 Hewitson Miss Harry Grenache/Shiraz - Barossa Valley, Australia -
Rating: 91 - $32 The 2002 vintage is the third vintage of Miss Harry.
Sourced from predominantly 80+ year-old, dry-grown bush vines, Miss
Harry has immediate providence.
Flavours of fruit, spice and earth appear on the palate, creating a wine of great complexity and interest. The finish is long and soft. Barrel maturation in old, French barrels has increased the wine's complexity and refined its texture. |

| John Wooton |
Friday, August 5 beginning at 8 pm
Imagine a beautiful night out with great food, spirits, friends, spouse
or date, cozy environment, the sound of steel drums, possibly some
dancing... How far would you travel and how much would you pay for a
night like that? How about downtown Hattiesburg and pay nothing? Well,
ya gotta pay your tab and hopefully a little change left for the band's
tip jar, but there is no cover charge! Come out this Friday and join Dr.
Calypso and a couple of friends. They will start playing at 8:00 pm with
a Caribbean jazz set. Get clammy with the band, jump in da line, and
dance to Buffet, Marley and Belafonte during the second set.
Life is short, get off the couch, support live music and have some fun! It's cool, it's hot, it's KAISO! |

| Casey and Mark |
Saturday, August 6 beginning at 8 pm
Eclectic is the only word to describe this band. Everyone always tries
to pigeonhole them: rockabilly, blues, folk, southern rock, bluegrass,
alternative country, whatever. Reality is, they're all of that and
anything else we might think of off of the top of our heads. Most of
all, The KOOL Filter Kings are fun.
Both Casey and Mark have very strong yet melodious voices and harmonize through a variety of songs from Southern Rock to Blues and even a little gospel. Many of their songs tell stories and some of them are hilarious. If you're in the mood for something completely different from the norm, check them out on Saturday night at Walnut Circle Grill. |

While Walnut Circle Grill welcomes customers of all ages, the crowd
leans toward 30+ business professionals, making it one of only a handful
of establishments in Hattiesburg that specifically caters to this set.
If you have not yet discovered Walnut Circle Grill, why not make plans
to join us this weekend?
