| Dustin Messina |
Father/son duo...synergistic music
Dustin Messina is a 19 year old guitar player/singer- songwriter from
Jackson, MS. He started playing in the local blues clubs at age 13 and
hasn't stopped since. Dustin has played with the famed guitar player
Jeff Healey and has opened for the legendary B.B. King. He also shares
the same birthday as two of his biggest influenes Stevie Ray Vaughan and
Keb' Mo (October 3rd).
Just recently signed with the Indie record label Grace Productions Group, Dustin's self- titled album was released September 6th. It is available in local stores and is also available on cdbaby.com and amazon.com. Dustin performs Saturday night accompanied by his dad, Joe Messina on vocals and guitar. Dustin and Joe perform often in the Jackson area and are welcomed by fans across the state. |

While I will be figuratively joining my classmates on the beaches of
Gulf Shores, Destin and other points South for some fun in the sun, I
will most likely literally spend the week (most of it anyway) here in
Hattiesburg, BUT...I will definitely take some time to relax and enjoy
the sunshine, the cool breezes and the sweet smells of Spring.
